The shaggy loops chain mail weave is a fantastically fun weave to wear! This necklace was hand woven of all 16 gauge gold anodized aluminum jump rings. At the front, there is a shaggy double strand which attaches to a simple chain at the back. All of the shiny gold jump rings are saw cut. This means minimal seams at the closure point and no snagging of hair or clothing. Also, aluminum is lightweight so this piece won't weigh you down. A gold plated toggle clasp finishes this beautiful necklace in style and makes clasping convenient.
This necklace is approximately 19 inches long, and the second strand hangs about 1-1/2 inches below the main necklace.
Anodized aluminum rings can be scratched by harder metals, so take care when wearing and storing your jewelry. Oils from your skin may change the colors, if this happens washing with soap and water can restore some of the color. Please see complete care instructions in my shop policies.
