Chainmail love knot earrings are simple and understated earrings that are great for work or play. The asexual pride colors of black, gray, white (represented with matte silver) and purple are represented by anodized aluminum jump rings. These earrings were hand woven and the swirl of the knot is created when each new open jump ring is passed through all previous rings and then closed.
These earrings measure almost 1-1/2 inch including the hypoallergenic surgical stainless steel ear wires. They are 5/8 inch wide. Dime shown for scale.

Aluminum is a lightweight metal that will not tarnish or rust, and is easy to care for. The colors of anodized aluminum can be scratched by harder metals so take care when storing your earrings. I only use high quality saw cut jump rings in my jewelry which allow for smooth closures that won't snag your hair or clothing.
